Returns & Exchanges


To be eligible for a return or exhange:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Merchandise bought on sale or with discount cannot be returned.
  • Must be in the original packaging.


Returns or exchanges (if applicable):

Email contact@95toinfinity.com before you send an item back for return or exchange. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you are completing a refund and it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are completing an exchange and it is approved, then the new item you wish to exchange the previous item for will be sent to you.

Refunds:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • There is a $3.99 handling and processing fee for returns, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Import taxes/duties as well as customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Allow 3-5 business days to process your return or exchange once we receive the item.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
